Founded by Jim Smith
a born-and-raised Texan, our business was built on three core values: honesty, craftsmanship, and heart. Jim has always believed in doing things right the first time — not because it’s easy, but because it’s the right thing to do. To him, “quality” isn’t just in the name — it’s a promise. He pours that belief into every project, and nothing makes him happier than watching someone’s face light up when they see their home transformed. Over the years, those moments have turned clients into lifelong friends — like one who trusted him so much, he asked Jim for help on several different projects, including lighting up a stunning estate in St. Thomas, USVI.
Tyler Young
Tyler, Jim’s nephew, started working with him as a teenager during school breaks. What began as a summer job soon became something more — a calling. Tyler shares Jim’s passion for craftsmanship and his drive for excellence. He thrives on solving challenges, learning new skills, and going the extra mile to make sure every customer feels taken care of. His commitment shows in the pride he takes in every finished project.
